sleeper districts around large urban areas throughout Poland<\/li><li>Sites of 2-6 ha with the potential to develop no less than 5,000 sqm GLA<\/li><li>Locations nearby residential areas and or with good communications and nearby roads with heavy traffic.<\/li><li>With the potential for a strong grocery operator or directly in the vicinity of such a
