Manager of Property Acquisition (Poznań)
Responsibilities:
- Actively searching for and acquiring commercial real estate in the north-west region of Poland in accordance with the company’s development strategy (preferred provinces: zachodniopomorskie, pomorskie, lubuskie, wielkopolskie, kujawsko-pomorskie).
- Market analysis of real estate, including identifying attractive locations for building a retail park (in terms of retail space saturation in the city/region).
- Negotiating the conditions of securing and purchasing properties with developers, property owners, and agents.
- Building and maintaining relationships with business partners such as developers, real estate agencies and landowners.
- Preparing market analyses and recommending strategic actions in property acquisition.
- Coordinating the property acquisition process from site research to transaction completion.
- Collaboration with other departments (technical, legal, financial) to realize investments.
- Preparing analyses and presentations of selected locations for the Management Board.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in real estate, including commercial property acquisition (experience in a company implementing retail parks or in a retail chain building large-scale properties is an additional advantage).
- Practical ability to assess the commercial potential of a location/project. Good knowledge of the real estate market in north-east Poland.
- Proven experience in conducting projects.
- Negotiation and analytical skills, result-oriented.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with business partners and an established network of contacts in the real estate industry.
- High independence, good work organization and responsibility.
- Good command of English is an asset.
- Willingness to travel for business within the region.
