Falcon Investment Management is an investment fund that is active in the retail park market in Poland. The company’s strategy is to build and own a strong portfolio of retail centres. Due to the long-term nature of the investments the fund is mainly interested in centres that dominate both through their scale and their location. These so-called Power Centres are well-located with good communications and house leading branded stores that are attractive to customers thus bringing in footfall from surrounding towns.
Falcon Investment Management actively invests to grow its real estate portfolio based on a number of operating models: it acquires completed centres, it collaborates on different forms of business partnerships, and it develops its own centres. The company places great importance on working together with other players in the market including owners of investment land, sellers and contractors. So far Falcon Investment Management has worked with partners that include: Acteeum Central Europe, Refield , Multishop and Genesis Property.
The strength of the company is its team, which comprises the best experts in the market with many years of experience in the sector, which has been gained from work for developers, retail chains and consultancies. Within the fund can also be found expansion and real estate acquisition departments as well as divisions for leasing, technical maintenance, legal issues and financing.
